On the 19th of June 2020, the German Federal Maritime and Hydrographic Agency (BSH) publicly announced the initiation of the procedure for revising and amending the Site Development Plan (FEP) and the anticipated scope of the revision and amendment. The preliminary draft of the Site Development Plan 2020 and the drafts of the scopes for the environmental reports were consulted from mid-June to mid-July 2020. A hearing on the (preliminary) draft documents and the comments of the Transmission System Operator took place on the 11th of August 2020.
The scopes for establishing the environmental reports were established.
On the basis of the results of the consultation and the hearing, the draft of the Site Development Plan 2020 and the drafts of the environmental reports were prepared. Authorities can comment on the draft documents until the 08th of October 2020 and the public until the 05th of November 2020.
In addition, a hearing will be held to discuss the draft of the Site Development Plan 2020 and the drafts of the environmental reports.
