In the context of the site development plan (Flächenentwicklungsplan, FEP), the Federal Maritime and Hydrographic Agency (Bundesamt für Seeschifffahrt und Hydrographie, BSH) commissioned Ramboll to analyse the energy downtime between decommissioning and follow-up use of offshore wind farms in the German North Sea and Baltic Sea. The final report is published on the BSH website.
Ramboll will also present the results of the project on Tuesday, 15 September 2026, from 1:00 p.m. to 3:30 p.m. in a public expert discussion (online, MS Teams). There will be time for discussion afterwards. To register, please send an email to EingangOdM@bsh.de by Friday, 11 September 2026.
