Pursuant to Section 69 (1) WindSeeG (in the version dated January 1, 2023, and December 22, 2025), it is stipulated that, in order to demonstrate compliance with the minimum requirements of the standard design, an expert report must be submitted for plausibility checking no later than twelve weeks before the start of construction.
The BSH therefore published a template for the preparation of the expert report on March 1, 2024.
The template has been updated in the meantime. The changes are listed in the change log. The updated template can be downloaded from the BSH website. Please take note of this in your procedures.
