The BSH issued the planning approval decision for the offshore windfarm “NC 1” (formerly OWP N-3.7) on 14 June 2024 based on Section 45 of the Offshore Wind Energy Act in the version of 31 December 2022 in connection with Section 74 of the Administrative Procedure Act.
A digital copy of the planning approval decision together with the approved planning documents is available in the time of from 29 July 2024 up to and including 12 August 2024 published on the website of the Federal Maritime and Hydrographic Agency under ‘Announcements’.
