Following extensive preparation, an Ad Hoc Study Group on offshore wind energy and shipping met for the first time on the 16th of December 2022 under the chairmanship of the Netherlands. In addition to the German Federal Maritime and Hydrographic Agency (BSH) and Federal Waterways and Shipping Agency (GDWS), participants from public authorities of the Netherlands and Denmark attended the online meeting.
Focus of the meeting were the results of ongoing studies and the future work of the Group.
