By announcement of 28 October 2022, the BSH published a second draft of the site development plan. This second draft contains primarily amendments to the first draft of the site development plan as well as questions for consultation that have arisen in particular due to international changes to shipping routes and due to the procedure of public participation of the first draft. The environmental reports on the first draft of the site development plan already include these possible changes, so that no amendment was necessary in this respect.
