On 18 January 2022, the Federal Maritime and Hydrographic Agency (BSH) determined the suitability of sites N-3.5, N-3.6 and N-7.2 for tendering by the Federal Network Agency pursuant to Part 3 Section 2 of the WindSee Act by means of a statutory order. The Second Ordinance on the Implementation of the Wind Energy at Sea Act (2.WindSeeV) was published in the Federal Law Gazette (BGBl I 2022, p. 58) on 27 January 2022. The BSH is now announcing the display of the adopted plan for inspection.
