Update of the template for the preparation of the expert report in pursuant to Section 69 para. 1 WindSeeG

Pursuant to Section 69 (1) WindSeeG (in the version dated January 1, 2023, and December 22, 2025), it is stipulated that, in order to demonstrate compliance with the minimum requirements of the standard design, an expert report must be submitted for plausibility checking no later than twelve weeks before the start of construction.

On March 1, 2024, the BSH therefore published a template for the preparation of the expert report for the first time.

The template has been updated in the meantime. The changes are listed in the change log. A proof of suitability for glass-fiber-reinforced gratings has been added, in case these are installed. The proof of suitability must still be reviewed and confirmed by the certifier. To ensure that this issue is addressed in the final expert report in accordance with Section 69 para 1 WindSeeG and that no further inquiries need to be made, a supplementary section has been added to the template for preparing the report.

The updated template can be downloaded from the BSH website. Please take this into account in your procedures.
