In the context of the site development plan (Flächenentwicklungsplan, FEP), the Federal Maritime and Hydrographic Agency (Bundesamt für Seeschifffahrt und Hydrographie, BSH) commissioned Ramboll to analyse the energy downtime between decommissioning and follow-up use of offshore wind farms in the German North Sea and Baltic Sea. The status report is published on the BSH website.
Ramboll will also present the interim results of the project on Wednesday, 11 February 2026, from 1:00 p.m. to 3:30 p.m. in a public expert discussion (online, MS Teams).
