BSH announces plan approval decision for the construction and operation of the offshore windfarm “Nordlicht II”

The BSH has issued the planning approval decision for the offshore windfarm “Nordlicht II” on 29^th October 2025 based on Section 66, 70 of the Offshore Wind Energy Act in connection with Section 74 of the Administrative Procedure Act. A digital copy of the planning approval decision together with the approved planning documents is available from 29^th October 2025 up to and including 12^th December 2025 on the website of the Application and Participation Portal for Transport and Offshore Projects.
