The Scottish Government (Directorate Energy & Environment, Planning, Architecture & Regeneration) has launched the cross-border participation for the Scottish Updated Sectoral Marine Plan for Offshore Wind Energy and published the draft of the Sectoral Marine Plan, the environmental report, and further documents.
