Transboundary participation according to Section 59 para. 1 Environmental Impact Assessment Act on the transboundary environmental impact assessment regarding a planned offshore windfarm “North Falls” in UK´s exclusiv zone of the North Sea

On December 3, 2024, the UK government sent Germany the notification regarding the planned offshore windfarm “North Falls”, which is located in the southern part of the North Sea around 22.5 km off the coast of Essex.
