The BSH issued the planning approval decision for the offshore grid-connection “BorWin4 and BorWin delta”on 06 March 2024 based on Section 45 of the Offshore Wind Energy Act in the version applicable until 31 December 2022 in connection with Section 74 of the Administrative Procedure Act in the version applicable until 31 December 2023.
A digital copy of the planning approval decision together with the established planning documents is available in the time of from 11 March 2024 up to and including 25 March 2024 published on the website of the Federal Maritime and Hydrographic Agency under ‘Announcements’.
