After the BSH received an application from Vattenfall Nordlicht I Offshore Wind GmbH to carry out the planning approval procedure in accordance with the Offshore Wind Energy Act (WindSeeG) for the construction and operation of the “Nordlicht I” offshore wind farm in the North Sea EEZ, which was also on public display from 27 December 2023 to 26 January 2024, the BSH has decided to conduct the discussion of the comments and responses in the form of an online consultation.
Those entitled to participate in this consultation will receive the information required under Section 5 para. 4 sentence 1 PlanSiG in digital form on 11 March 2024.
