The BSH issued the planning approval decision for the offshore grid-connection “Ostwind 3” consisting of the grid connection OST-1-4 and the transformer platform Jasmund for the grid connection of the offshore wind farm within the site O-1.3 in the German EEZ of the Baltic Sea on 22 December 2023 based on Section 45 of the Offshore Wind Energy Act in the version applicable until 31 December 2022 in connection with Section 74 of the Administrative Procedure Act in the version applicable until 31 December 2023.
A digital copy of the planning approval decision together with the established planning documents is available in the time of from 22 January up to and including 05 February 2024 published on the website of the Federal Maritime and Hydrographic Agency under ‘Announcements’.
