The BSH has received an application by the company Nordseecluster A GmbH for the planning approval procedure according to the Offshore Wind Energy Act in the version applicable on 31 December 2022for the construction and operation of the offshore wind farm “OWP N-3.7” in the German EEZ of the North Sea.
