Today, the Ordinance on Maritime Spatial Planning in the German exclusive economic zone (EEZ) in the North Sea and the Baltic Sea (AWZROV) from 19 August 2021 was published in the Bundesgesetzblatt Part I No. 58, p. 3886.
The maritime spatial plan was published as an annex to the ordinance. The map of the North Sea and the Baltic Sea were also published.
Further information will be provided by the BMI and the BSH on their websites (www.bmi.bund.de and www.bsh.de) when the ordinance comes into force on 1 September 2021.
Information will be provided at first in German only, translation of all relevant documents in English, and where appropriate Danish and Polish, will be provided as soon as possible.
