The Federal Maritime and Hydrographic Agency (BSH) announced on 21 August 2026 that the drafts of the determination of suitability, the suitability assessment and the environmental report for sites N-13.1 and N-13.2, which are to be put out to tender in calendar year 2027, will be published. The drafts will be made available from 24 August 2026 up to and including 24 September 2026 in German language. These drafts as well as the reports on which the strategic environmental assessment is based and other documents relevant to the decision can be accessed on Application and Participation portal for Transport and Offshore Projects and on the BSH Website from 24 August 2026.
In addition, an invitation to the discussion hearing will be issued on 24 November 2026 at 10 a.m. and registration will be requested.
