The BSH issued the planning approval decision for the offshore grid-connection “BalWin4 and BalWin delta” on 10 July 2026 based on Section 66, 70 of the Offshore Wind Energy in connection with Section 74 of the Administrative Procedure Act.
A digital copy of the planning approval decision together with the approved planning documents is available from 13 August 2026 up to and including 28 September 2026 on the website of the Federal Maritime and Hydrographic Agency under ‘Announcements’ and through the Application and Participation Portal for Transport and Offshore Projects.
