The decision announced herein was made by the competent authorities of the Republic of Poland for a project within the territory of the Republic of Poland.
The publication by the Federal Maritime and Hydrographic Agency is made within the framework of cross-border public participation in accordance with the provisions on environmental impact assessment and serves exclusively to inform the public in the Federal Republic of Germany in accordance with Article 9 (2) of the Treaty Act on the German-Polish Agreement on Environmental Impact Assessment.
Appeals against this decision are governed exclusively by the law of the Republic of Poland. Whether and in what manner appeals are admissible is determined solely by the relevant Polish legal provisions.
