The Dutch Ministry of Infrastructure and Water Management is consulting on the scoping documents of the North Sea Programme 2028-2033 in accordance with the Convention on environmental impact assessment in a transboundary context (Espoo-Convention) with the opportunity to submit comments by 11 May 2026.
