The BSH has today published a draft amendment to the site development plan 2025. The draft contains changes to the calendar years for the realisation of sites N‑10.1, N‑10.2, N‑12.4, N‑12.5, N‑13.1, N‑13.2 and N‑6.8, for the NOR‑6‑4 and NOR‑12‑3 offshore connection systems, and the implementation of the 66 kV direct connection concept for the NOR‑12‑4 grid connection system and thus site N‑12.6. Comments on the proposed changes can be submitted until Thursday, 18 December 2025.
The draft contains details of the SEA preliminary assessment. According to this, an SEA going beyond the strategic environmental assessment (SEA) for the site development plan 2025 is not necessary. In the amendment procedure, individual procedural steps shall not be carried out.
