The BSH issued the planning approval decision for the offshore windfarm “Windanker” on 24 January 2025 based on Section 45 of the Offshore Wind Energy Act in the version of 31 December 2022 in connection with Section 74 of the Administrative Procedure Act.
A digital copy of the planning approval decision together with the approved planning documents is available from 10 January 2025 up to and including 24 February 2025 on the website of the Federal Maritime and Hydrographic Agency under ‘Announcements’.
